• Pick up in Antwerp Berchem (near harmonie park) is free

• Shipment by Bpost in Belgium: 10€, free for orders of 100€ and more

• Shipment by DPD/UPS within the EU: 20€, free for orders of 150€ and more

• Shipment outside EU and selected countries by UPS Worldwide: 30€+

Nomad doesn’t offer shipment to the UK anymore. If you are a company in the UK with a registered Vat number you can email me for an offline order

RETURNS

I hope you will love everything you purchased, in case you would like to return or exchange (part of) your order this is possible within 14 days of purchase.
Unfortunately as Nomad is still a small webshop the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please follow the steps below:

How to return:

1. Send an email to hello@nomad-objects mentioning your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange

2. After confirmation by email of the return request you can create your own shipping label via the return portal. To create your shipping label you will need your order number (#xxxxx) and postal code.

3. Please select the return option which is most convenient for you.

4. Download the pre-paid label. Please package your return carefully and attach the label on your package

5. Drop the parcel off at the indicated drop off point. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage.

6. Once I have processed the return you will receive an automatic refund confirmation email.
    

When will I receive my refund?
Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. You will be processed through the same type of payment you used to place your order.
I always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods, it can take a little longer.
