The website www.nomad-objects.com offers a range of decorative objects and household utensils, the characteristics of which are set out by : the photo, the designation, the quantity, the price in euros
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES
All the prices indicated on www.nomad-objects.com are expressed in € (euros), are freely fixed by Nomad objects and include all taxes. The total price must be paid fully at the time the order is finalized, which mean the price of the item(s) and the delivery charges. They include shipping and packing costs. All extras on www.nomad-objects.com are non-negotiable by the buyer.
ARTICLE 5 – WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
In application of article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 working days to return, at his own expense and risk, the item or items that would not be suitable, for an exchange or a refund. This period runs from the day of receipt of the order. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, however the cost of return will be the responsibility of the buyer and the conditions of the shipment and must be identical. The return of the product or products is carried out in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories and in perfect condition for resale (not used, not soiled, undamaged …), with the indication of the n ° of control to which the products relate. Nomad Objects recommends to the Customer to return the products with a recommendation or a complementary insurance guaranteeing, if necessary, the compensation of products up to their real market value in case of spoliation or loss the package or packages.
Once the buyer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the time limit, Nomad Objects will reimburse him within 14 days from the date on which this right was exercised, the totality of the sums paid, with the exception of the expenses of return.
If the return of the product (s) purchased (s) is due to an error on the part of Nomad, the return costs will be fully refunded to the Customer.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
The buyer must pay by the method of payment offered on the website www.nomad-objects.com, full payment of his order at the time of its acceptance.
The payment methods accepted by the company Nomad Objects and its online sales site www.nomad-objects.com are the credit card via Apple pay, Stripe, or Paypal.
Nomad Objects declines any responsibility in case of loss of data from the company Paypal and cannot be engaged in a process of compensation which would be due by the company Paypal.
Stripe and Paypal are two totally secure online payment platforms. These methods of payment are free for you, a commission is asked to Nomad Objects for each of your payments.
If your payment is not received within a maximum of 7 days after your order, Nomad Objects reserves the right to cancel your order and make the item(s) available to other customers.

All copyright in relation to the content of the website and it's social media (www.instagram/com/nomadobjects) belong exclusively to MOTOI or to third parties contractually related to it. They are protected under the relevant provisions of Belgian and European law following international conventions. This includes, but is not limited to logos, texts, images, photographs, blog posts and articles.
It is prohibited to use assets from NOMAD OBJECTS for commercial and/or economic use. Copying, reproduction, distribution, is not allowed in any way without written approval from NOMAD OBJECTS.
ARTICLE 8 – DEFECT OF AN ARTICLE
Nomad Objects pays the utmost attention to the quality of its products. If however, despite all the quality checks made, a defect is to be reported, we invite you to make a complaint to Customer Service by e-mail to hello@nomad-objects.com within a maximum of 72 hours from the delivery of the order. After this period, no claim will be taken into account. The complaint must be motivated and accompanied by proof of the defect (photographs for example). Upon receipt of the complaint formulated by the customer, Nomad Objects undertakes to send an e-mail to the Customer acknowledging receipt of the claim.
In case of proven defect, the refund including the price of the product concerned will be made without delay and at the latest within fourteen(14) working days following the date of “notification of acceptance of assumption”.
ARTICLE 9 – ORDER MODIFICATION
